Using SpeakerFlow Hub

Authorized Rotary club representatives may use SpeakerFlow Hub to manage speaker relationships, schedules, and club communications. You are responsible for your account, for obtaining appropriate permissions to enter personal information, and for keeping account credentials secure.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to send spam, unlawful, deceptive, or harmful communications; interfere with the service; or access another club’s information. We may suspend access to protect the service, users, or third parties.

Data and communications

Each club remains responsible for its content and communications. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Service changes

The service may evolve over time. We may update these terms, and continued use after an effective update means acceptance of the revised terms. For support or questions, use our Contact Us page.
